Nicole and Greg came all the way from Northern British Columbia Canada for their Costa Rica wedding at the Casa Conde Beach Front hotel. Thanks to the help from Jose Miguel, the wedding coordinator at the Casa Conde, Nicole and Greg had a beautiful wedding day that will be remembered forever. The Casa Conde is a boutique Resort located on Playa Panama within a 22 acre dry tropical forest.
Greg and Nicole went to the same high school but they never really knew each other. Then after their first year at college, Nicole went home for the summer and her friend Kathryn asked if she wanted to go to the beach with her, Greg and Andrew from high school. Nicole said yes and they all ended up spending the rest of the summer together. Greg and Nicole started as friends and it grew to something more. Their first date they went mini golfing and at the end of that summer Greg asked Nicole to officially start dating before they went back to school. Greg and Nicole did long distance relationship for a few years and then Greg ended up moving out to BC with Nicole.
They chose to have a destination wedding because they were living in BC and their family and friends were spread out all over Canada and they thought it would be a nice way to spend time with everyone before their big day. They also liked the idea of having a more relaxed wedding and chose Costa Rica because it’s a spot they’ve always wanted to visit and loved how it’s all about nature and adventure and offered a more unique location for our destination wedding. They chose the Casa Conde because they only heard good things about it and everyone fell in love with the Casa Conde beach front hotel which offered a smaller and more intimate feel. The wedding and party made up most of the hotel and it was definitely everything they were looking for!
Greg and Nicole are very happy with their choice of having our wedding in Costa Rica and it will always be a very special place to them 🙂 Of course all of us here at Stories hope to see them again for one of the anniversaries.
