Juliane and Kurt chose a “secret” beach not too far from Samara beach called Barrigona Beach for their special wedding day destination.  Mel Gibson owns the surrounding  property here, at the Nicoya Peninsula and the only way to reach the beach is by boat or to walk during low tide.  The tropical beach is not for swimming due to the strong rip tides, but has some beautiful white sands and the Pacific Ocean which set a spectacular back drop for Juliane and Kurt’s wedding photos.  All of the colors, from the attire, to the  flowers, blended perfectly against the white sands of Barrigona beach.  The perfect sunny day, beautiful Costa Rica wedding location, and colorful decor made this wedding day story one that will be treasured for a long time.
