Tracy and Jeff worked with one of Costa Rica’s top wedding planners, Barbara Broutin, from FourNineteen Weddings and chose Peninsula Papagayo – Prieta Beach Club as their Costa Rica wedding destination, both top notch. The Peninsula Papagayo, a premier 5-star residential resort, is a pair of peninsulas that extend out into the warm waters of the Gulf of Papagayo just 30 minutes from the Liberia airport in Guanacaste. The wedding photographers start before the ceremony which allows them to capture some excellent shots of Tracy’s bridal gown and shoes, the rings, and a truly stunning bridal bouquet of cascading purple phaelaenopsis orchids.
As Tracy is putting on her makeup and wedding gown, Jeff and his brother are preparing themselves in another room, the wedding photographers are able to get shots of both, one benefit of having 2 photographers which is standard with Stories Wedding Photography.
A great location for obtaining the best wedding photo ideas:
The tables were set with some beautiful centerpieces, wooden boxes with a combination of purple and green flowers, and the seating arrangements painted on sea shells in a bed of white flowers, as well as mason jars, tied to the aisle chairs, filled with flowers. As the guests arrived for the ceremony, the basket for the flip flops was available, the wedding arch was draped with a white fabric and a purple flower arrangement on one side.
The procession started with Jason and Jill, as the guests watched in anticipation, followed by the groom Jeff, Robyn and Glenn, and finished with the beautiful bride Tracy, Felix and Nancy.
Wedding officiant Marcelo Galli started the ceremony, it was a beautiful day with a light breeze, a perfect backdrop with the tropical foliage, the white sandy beach, all ensued by the Gulf of Papagayo in the background. The infinity pool allowed for some creative shots of the ceremony with the reflection of the trees.
After the ceremony, while the guests strolled to the bar for some cocktails, the wedding photographers captured some photos of the families and wedding parties and finished by capturing some shots of Tracy and Jeff strolling the beach with the setting sun, in addition some marvelous photos of the married couple strolling along a wooden bridge located in the Peninsula Papagayo. The day ended with the wedding celebrations and the formal announcement of Mr. & Mrs. Jeff & Tracy Anderson, starting with the toast, followed by the cake cutting, which was also adorned with matching purple orchids, where Tracy and Jeff had some fun feeding some of the cake to each other, and of course the first dance and the father and daughter dance. Los Mojitos played throughout the night as the celebrations continued and the guests and families danced all night long. It was another beautifully planned and executed wedding day story that will go down in history, but immortalized forever in excellent wedding pictures.
